Susan Hodgkinson (Founder and Principal, The Personal Brand Company℠)
Susan’s focus as a leadership development expert, executive coach, and professional speaker is personal brand management. She is well-known for helping people at all levels build their leadership brands within their respective organizations. Her “Managing Your Leadership Brand” program has been adopted internationally by financial and professional service firms, companies, and business schools as part of their executive training. I, myself, decided to partner with Susan as a senior consultant and facilitator of her “Managing your Personal Brand” program to help my clients’ employees realize how they can proactively create opportunities for doing their best work. Susan’s credentials include an MBA from the Simmons School of Management, frequent presentations at national conferences, authoring The Leader’s Edge: Using Personal Branding to Drive Performance and Profit, and being sought out for perspectives and contributions by The New York Times, The Detroit Free Press, Essence Magazine, The Boston Globe, Fox News, Chronicle, as well as niche media like Employee Benefits News, The Merger & Acquisitions Advisor, Profiles in Diversity and Women’s Business Journal.
Terri Nimmons (President, Stonelake Leadership Group)
Terri’s background is operations leadership in telecommunications, technology outsourcing and consulting, including both large and small organizations. Over the years she has developed a passion—and track record—for helping senior managers become more self-aware, accountable and successful in their work. She is the co-founder of Stone Lake Leadership Group LLC, and a consistent contributor to leadership development programs at top financial services, manufacturing and food service companies as well as large government agencies. As a facilitator and “real world” coach, she focuses on helping senior leaders define and grow their personal brands as well as supporting experienced professionals who are willing to plumb their own self-awareness to create more effective results for themselves and their organizations.

She has provided leadership development programs as well as productivity, effectiveness, and sales training programs throughout the United States and Europe. Together, we wrote the book More Time for You and developed it into a unique development program that very quickly moves individuals and groups to higher levels of performance by organizing their work and giving them tangible strategies for getting things done. Rosemary’s certifications include Mission Control Productivity, the Birkman™ Assessment Method, Spiral Dynamics, and the Aditzes Institute of Management & Leadership.

She has expertise in leadership, management and career development; uses a combination of formal assessment, experiential activities and facilitated discussion to increase the positivity and productivity of teams; and is known for her warm, direct communication style. In our work together, Lina and I developed TEAMUP based on our combined professional experience as a proprietary approach for helping executive teams resolve conflicts, build trust and create alignment.
